Baby Girl's Summer Gilet
I have been working on crocheting items of clothing, this is a gilet I have made for Mischa for the Summer. I like to challenge myself!
Kid's hats
Here are just some of the hats I've made for kids, my favourite has to be the bobble hat!
Original blanket
This is the first blanket I ever crocheted. I got the idea from a Cath Kidston blanket I had seen but couldn't afford...so I decided to make one myself. It consists of Granny squares. It now keeps guests warm in our spare bedroom!
Tom's blanket
There has been a baby boom amongst my friends and I! I enjoy making things for my family and friends. Here is a blanket I made for Tom, Colette and Shaun's lil' one!
Mischa's blanket
Here's a blanket I made for my friends Clare and Sturgess daughter Mischa, as soon as I found out it was a girl I frantically crocheted the flowers to make it more girly.
Baby blankets
I love the retro feel of Granny square crochet, it reminds me of my Grandma when I was younger. I didn't know what I was having when I was pregnant but knew I wanted the nursery to be fun, bright and cheerful. I thought these colours would work well either for a boy or a girl. Turns out I had a boy...Seth loves the blanket I made him and snuggles up to it at night.
